Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our international talent acquisition and management efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our global workforce strategy while ensuring compliance with international labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for overseas markets, utilizing international platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, and Telegram to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Develop and optimize comprehensive HR processes including onboarding, probation management, performance evaluation, and offboarding to ensure standardized cross-border team management.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws and cross-border employment regulations, handling overseas employee contracts, payroll administration, and benefits configuration.
- Serve as the primary liaison between management and employees, facilitating cross-cultural communication and fostering team stability and cohesion.
- Support executive leadership in developing and implementing international talent strategies, including workforce expansion planning and talent pipeline development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with at least 1 year specializing in international recruitment or global team management.
- Full professional proficiency in English with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of international recruitment channels and headhunting resources, with demonstrated ability to expedite global hiring processes.
- Excellent communication skills and logical thinking, capable of maintaining high efficiency in multitasking environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior recruitment experience in internet, finance, exchange, or cross-border e-commerce industries.
- Established network of headhunting resources or overseas recruitment channels.
- HRBP or organizational development experience with capability to contribute to broader talent strategy initiatives.
