Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the project manager and team members in completing project-related tasks. Participate in project planning, schedule management, risk management, and other activities.
 - Document Management: Maintain and update project documents, including project plans, meeting minutes, reports, etc. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all project documents.
 - Communication and Coordination: Assist in arranging and organizing project meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes. Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure timely information flow and feedback.
 - Data Analysis: Collect and analyze project data, prepare statistical and analytical reports. Assist in project performance evaluation and provide improvement suggestions.
 - Other Support: Handle daily project affairs such as resource scheduling and progress tracking. Complete other tasks assigned by the project manager.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
 - 1-2 years of experience in project support or coordination roles
 - Strong organizational and time management skills
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 - Basic understanding of project management methodologies
 - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
 - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
 - Experience in data analysis and reporting
 - PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
