Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Robust Understanding of Our Users: Visit field operations, conduct interviews with local team members, and organize user touchpoints to understand product perception. Use insights to inform roadmap decisions and iterate existing products.
- Drive Functionality Testing: Coordinate and execute tests for new flows and product releases in LATAM to ensure minimum requirements are met before full rollout. Implement in-app flows and campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Link Product to Local Teams: Act as the bridge between local teams and product teams, gathering product suggestions and keeping teams informed about upcoming initiatives.
- Conduct Experiments and Campaigns: Coordinate and execute tests for new flows, push communications, and product releases to ensure optimal performance and user adoption.
- Drive Product Localization: Ensure products meet local needs by providing feedback to centralized product teams and guiding language and functionality localization efforts.
- Support Integrations: Assist the Business Development team and Market Managers in advancing product-related partnerships, ensuring internal alignment for successful integration launches.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product operations, user research, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and user behavior.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
- Experience in coordinating product testing and localization efforts.
- Familiarity with business development processes and partnership integrations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required.
