Job Description
Responsible for the planning, requirement analysis, competitor research, product design, and other related work of the company's C-end and B-end products. This role involves comprehensive product lifecycle management, from initial concept development to market launch and post-launch optimization. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Key tasks include conducting in-depth market research, defining product roadmaps, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Additionally, the position requires driving continuous product improvement through iterative development and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development process for both consumer-facing (C-end) and business-facing (B-end) products, including market research, requirement gathering, and competitor analysis
 - Develop and execute product strategy, translating business goals into actionable product features and user experiences
 - Collaborate with design, research, and development teams to create user-centric product solutions
 - Oversee product testing phases, ensuring quality assurance and user feedback integration
 - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for effective product launch strategies and market promotion
 - Monitor user behavior through analytics tools, identifying patterns and opportunities for product optimization
 - Build and manage high-performing product teams, fostering talent development and efficient resource allocation
 - Implement continuous improvement initiatives, driving regular product iteration and innovation
 - Prepare detailed documentation for product specifications, user guides, and implementation plans
 - Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to maintain competitive edge
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with C-end and B-end product development
 - Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market
 - Strong analytical skills with experience in user behavior analysis and data interpretation
 - Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 - Proficiency in agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management tools
 - Ability to create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
 - Experience with competitor analysis frameworks and market research techniques
 - Leadership skills to manage and mentor product teams effectively
 - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and testing methodologies
 - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
 - Ability to develop and implement long-term product strategies
