Job Description
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Primarily remote work, with occasional in-person meetings or gatherings as required
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's overall recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings independently to assess basic competencies and job fit.
- Coordinate and schedule second-round interviews with department heads for qualified candidates.
- Manage onboarding procedures, including handling new hire paperwork, probationary periods, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment channels to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Handle employee relations, including facilitating communication and resolving team coordination issues.
- Assist in developing and improving company HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment and interviewing, with the ability to conduct initial candidate screenings independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate job roles and conduct interviews effectively.
- Outgoing, confident personality with excellent interpersonal and judgment skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly proactive in task execution.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Google Docs).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Residing in or near Kuala Lumpur, with availability for occasional in-person meetings.
