1. Ensure that all internal Syntropy operations run smoothly and that processes are put in place to deliver performance, achieve goals and facilitate growth.2. Drive various cross-functional initiatives, process improvements etc, supporting Syntropy’s operating side (including Marketing, Finance, Sales, HR)3. Identify, initiate, manage, execute and see through projects end to end. Prioritize projects according to business needs. Ensure that the projects are tracking to time and expected quality standards4. Keep track of the most important initiatives and work streams across the company and communicate the progress updates to relevant stakeholders5. Engage and build relationships with stakeholders from different departments (including the executive team), to understand the individual and department needs, opportunities and priorities6. Apply innovative approaches in managing organizational challenges in a manner which reflects the culture and values of the company7. Take a proactive approach to everything you do - take on problems to find appropriate solutions, gather information and data, utilize business and external relationships8. As you progress in the role, you will act as a thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges, and developing frameworks to help guide decision-making
