Broker User Operations Job Responsibilities: User Operations Activities: Plan and implement user operations activities, including but not limited to new customer acquisition activities, competitions, reward mechanisms, etc., to increase user participation, and conduct data analysis and activity optimization for the activities. User behavior analysis: Regularly track user behavior data, analyze user needs and pain points, propose optimization solutions, and drive improvements in related products and services. User growth and maintenance: Through data analysis, market research, and other means, develop and implement user growth strategies to enhance user engagement and retention rates. Community management: Maintain interaction with users, handle user feedback and suggestions, enhance user stickiness and community atmosphere, and improve user satisfaction. Cross departmental collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and other teams to drive continuous improvement of user experience and market adaptation of products. Customer support and major customer maintenance: respond promptly to user issues, solve various problems encountered by users during the use of the platform, and ensure a good customer experience.
