Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps/SRE professional to join our team and manage global blockchain infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our blockchain nodes while ensuring high availability and performance.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of global blockchain nodes
- Handle chain upgrades, governance proposals, and provide 24/7 incident response
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Implement infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with development teams on testnet and mainnet upgrades
- Optimize system performance and ensure security best practices
- Document operational procedures and create runbooks for common tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for all blockchain nodes across different regions
- Develop automation scripts to streamline node deployment and maintenance
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts promptly
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support
- Contribute to the design and implementation of disaster recovery plans
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps/SRE or system administration experience with strong Linux and networking knowledge
- Proficient in Python/Go/Shell scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Experience with public blockchain operations is highly preferred (node deployment, testnet validation)
- Candidates with exceptional learning abilities will be considered even without prior blockchain experience
- Passionate about blockchain technology with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
