Job Description:
1. Comprehensive Operation System Construction and Strategy Implementation
- Fully responsible for the overall ecological operation of the inscription project, establishing a standardized and replicable operation system. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly operation goals, growth strategies, and implementation plans, overseeing user growth, community ecology, channel cooperation, and event operations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, industry trends, and competitor dynamics in the inscription sector. Adjust operation strategies based on project development stages to mitigate risks and capitalize on market opportunities, continuously enhancing project activity, market popularity, and industry scale.
- Lead comprehensive data analysis of project operations, building data models for user growth, retention, conversion, and activity. Regularly produce operation review reports to optimize strategies and ensure steady achievement of operational targets.
2. Community Ecology and User Refined Operation
- Responsible for building and managing domestic and international community ecosystems, overseeing operations across platforms like WeChat, Telegram, and Twitter. Establish community management rules, daily maintenance standards, and user engagement mechanisms to create a highly active, cohesive, and consensus-driven inscription community.
- Develop a tiered user operation system, implementing refined strategies for general users, core fans, major stakeholders, and channel partners. Maintain core user resources, boost engagement, reduce churn rates, and cultivate a loyal user base.
- Collect and analyze user feedback, market responses, and industry demands to iteratively improve product and operation strategies. Collaborate with the education and branding teams to form a closed-loop operation system.
3. Event Planning and Traffic Growth Operation
- Independently plan and execute various online and offline events, including community welfare activities, market consensus events, investment empowerment activities, offline salons, study tours, node recruitment, and airdrop incentives. Oversee event proposal writing, execution, process control, data review, and effect optimization.
- Focus on project traffic growth and consensus building through event operations, content marketing, user referrals, and channel expansion to achieve precise user acquisition and expand project influence and market consensus.
4. Channel Cooperation and Resource Coordination
- Responsible for expanding, managing, and maintaining channel resources in the inscription industry. Develop partnerships with industry nodes, team leaders, partners, media, and peer projects to establish long-term, stable cooperative relationships.
- Coordinate the implementation of channel policies, empowerment initiatives, performance tracking, and relationship maintenance to drive channel growth and achieve seamless traffic, consensus, and conversion.
5. Cross-Department Coordination and Team Management
- Collaborate with the education department on student operations, course implementation, student conversion, and offline empowerment. Work with the branding team to produce operational highlights, event materials, and social media content, ensuring overall brand exposure and user conversion.
- Manage the operation team, including staffing, task allocation, performance evaluation, and skill development. Build an efficient execution team, standardize workflows, and enhance overall operational efficiency and execution capability.
Job Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of full-time operation experience in the inscription/blockchain/Web3 industry. Deep understanding of inscription ecosystem, issuance logic, market dynamics, and community culture. Familiarity with community operations, event execution, and channel expansion. Prior experience in managing mature projects is preferred.
- Operational Skills: Ability to independently develop operation strategies, plan large-scale events, and oversee comprehensive ecological operations. Expertise in user referral, community activation, consensus building, and channel recruitment. Strong traffic and results-oriented mindset.
- Resource Capability: Preferred candidates will have existing resources in inscription communities, team leaders, or industry channels. Excellent resource integration, business communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive Qualities: High market sensitivity to quickly identify trends and implement corresponding strategies. Strong execution, coordination, and stress resistance. Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed. Responsible, logical, and capable of independent review and iterative optimization.
