Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall System Construction and Coordination: Fully responsible for the overall operation planning, system construction, and team management of the Inscription Business School. Develop annual and quarterly teaching and market empowerment goals, and establish a standardized, systematic education system tailored to business scenarios such as secondary markets, ecosystem incubation, community operations, and investment research analysis.
• Curriculum Development and Iteration: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, user needs, and hot topics in the inscription market. Independently build a comprehensive inscription curriculum system, covering beginner courses, ecosystem analysis, inscription issuance logic, market analysis, risk control techniques, project evaluation, community operations, and offline investment empowerment. Continuously optimize and update course content to align with rapid industry changes.
• Online and Offline Teaching Operations: Oversee multi-channel teaching activities, including live online classes, recorded course updates, small-group community teaching, and student Q&A sessions. Plan and execute offline events such as public lectures, industry salons, study tours, elite private meetings, and channel empowerment training. Ensure high-quality teaching and effective on-site conversions.
• Lecturer Team Building and Management: Develop internal lecturers and collaborate with external industry experts to build a dedicated inscription teaching team. Establish lecturer assessment, training, and incentive mechanisms to standardize teaching quality and enhance professionalism.
• Student Operations and Market Empowerment: Manage the entire student lifecycle, implement a tiered training system, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth students and channel resources. Improve student engagement, repeat purchases, and referrals through courses, industry insights, and empowerment activities.
• Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization: Analyze data on student growth, event effectiveness, and conversions to refine course content, teaching methods, and operational strategies. Continuously enhance the school’s reputation, industry influence, and commercial value.

Job Requirements:

• Industry Experience: 2+ years in Web3, blockchain, or inscription fields. Familiarity with inscription ecosystems, issuance rules, market dynamics, and industry resources. Prior experience in teaching, operations, or training management in crypto/inscription business schools is preferred.
• Professional Skills: Ability to independently develop courses, create teaching materials, and deliver public lectures. Strong communication and logical thinking skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
• Operational Skills: Experience in online live teaching, community-based education, and offline event execution. Proficiency in event planning, team management, resource integration, user operations, and business empowerment.
• Personal Attributes: Passion for the inscription industry, sharp market insights, and rapid learning ability. Resilience to handle travel, overtime, and high-pressure environments with strong planning and execution skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Existing private resources, industry connections, or prior experience managing large-scale blockchain business schools.
