Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to maintain existing client relationships and expand our customer base in the cryptocurrency and financial services sector. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, client management skills, and deep understanding of digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with VIP clients, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors through personalized investment advice and exceptional service.
- Account Services: Provide one-on-one support including troubleshooting asset transfers, transaction issues, new coin listings, and API connectivity while recommending suitable financial products.
- Business Development: Proactively acquire new clients through referrals, marketing campaigns, industry events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Investment Advisory: Deliver customized asset allocation strategies based on client risk profiles and financial objectives.
- Promotional Activities: Facilitate client participation in platform campaigns such as referral programs, deposit bonuses, and trading competitions.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory requirements including KYC and AML procedures.
- Data Analysis: Monitor client trading patterns and product usage to generate actionable insights for product improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and growth strategy recommendations for management review.
- Product Customization: Develop tailored solutions for premium clients including API rate limit adjustments and VIP rebate programs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, risk management, and operations teams to optimize client experience.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field. CFA, CFP, blockchain certifications or securities licenses preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in financial services, cryptocurrency or client management with exposure to high-net-worth clients. Exchange product knowledge (spot, derivatives, wealth management) required.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure (DeFi, Layer2) and global regulations (SEC, MiCA, SFC).
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to handle complex client needs.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese (written/spoken). Additional languages (Korean, Japanese) advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Resilience in volatile markets, collaborative mindset, and data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior account management experience at crypto exchanges, blockchain projects or fintech firms
- Existing network of high-net-worth individuals or institutional investors
Work Arrangements
