Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive offline promotion strategies aligned with company goals, including target regions, audience segmentation, execution plans, and budget control.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage ground promotion teams; allocate tasks effectively and monitor performance to enhance execution efficiency.
- Campaign Execution: Organize and participate in various offline activities (street promotions, booth setups, merchant visits, exhibitions, community events) while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
- Data Analysis: Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (registrations, qualified leads, conversion rates, costs); analyze performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Resource Coordination: Establish partnerships with merchants, property managers, and venue operators to secure promotional opportunities.
- Risk Management: Prevent fraudulent registrations and invalid leads while ensuring team compliance with company policies.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly update management on market trends, team performance, and improvement recommendations.
- Target Achievement: Take full ownership of campaign results to meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred
- 3+ years experience in internet/fintech/digital asset industries (exchange or wallet product background preferred)
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchange operations including spot trading, contracts, wealth management, and Staking products
- Strong communication skills and cross-department collaboration ability
- Prior experience with Meituan, Shopee, or Grab is highly desirable
