Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Web3 Research Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of Web3 projects and tracks, producing high-quality research reports, and providing valuable insights to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent track research, investigate and analyze Web3 projects and tracks, and produce relevant research reports that meet the corresponding requirements.
 - Perform competitive analysis by analyzing and comparing projects in the same track, supporting investment logic and decision-making processes.
 - Design economic models by analyzing and comparing the economic models of various projects, and create portfolio economic models that align with industry trends.
 - Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and innovations in the Web3 space to ensure research remains current and relevant.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
 
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
 - Proven experience in conducting research and analysis, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
 - Ability to perform competitive analysis and evaluate projects within the same track.
 - Experience in designing and analyzing economic models for blockchain projects.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise research reports.
 - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
 - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a research or analyst role within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
 - Familiarity with various blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
 - Knowledge of tokenomics and the ability to assess the viability of different economic models.
 - Experience with data analysis tools and platforms relevant to blockchain research.
