Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure architecture and implementation of decentralized systems (blockchain, cloud, IPFS, RPC nodes)
• Manage a distributed team consisting of DevOps, IT engineers, and security professionals
• Supervise technical editing strategies, including internal documents, public API references, and protocol guidelines
• Ensure a strong network security framework for Web3 user authentication, wallet integration, and node operations
• Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to develop and execute a multi-chain system expansion roadmap

Job Requirements

• 5+ years experience in infrastructure architecture with blockchain/distributed systems
• Proven track record of managing distributed technical teams
• Deep understanding of Web3 security protocols and authentication mechanisms
• Experience with multi-chain architecture and cross-chain interoperability solutions
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives on strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IPFS, decentralized storage solutions, and RPC node management
• Background in cloud infrastructure scaling and optimization
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocols
• Certifications in blockchain development or cloud architecture
