Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Market Making:
- Deploy and manage automated market-making strategies on crypto exchanges.
- Optimize liquidity provision, spreads, and inventory risk.
- Quant Trading:
- Develop, backtest, and execute algorithmic strategies (arbitrage, statistical arbitrage, etc.).
- Improve execution efficiency and reduce transaction costs.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor exposures and implement real-time hedging strategies.
- Ensure adherence to risk limits.
- Data & Infrastructure:
- Analyze market data (order flow, price action) to refine strategies.
- Work with developers to enhance trading systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in market making, quantitative trading, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of algorithmic trading strategies and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and optimizing trading systems.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and other team members to improve infrastructure.
- Experience in the crypto market is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages for quantitative analysis.
- Familiarity with trading APIs and low-latency execution systems.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques for trading strategy development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
