Job Description:
As the Web3 Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the company's internet business development goals. You will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, organizational development, and cultural transformation to support rapid business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term human resources plans to ensure talent supply matches business objectives.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and change management to continuously enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
- Leverage personal networks to efficiently recruit core talents in fields such as technology development, product operations, and marketing.
- Build teams from scratch (0-1) and scale them (1-10), designing diverse recruitment channels and establishing talent pools.
- Specialize in sourcing overseas/foreign talents, proficient in using platforms like LinkedIn, with experience in regions such as Malaysia.
- Promote an innovative corporate culture and strengthen team cohesion through various initiatives.
- Develop talent pipelines and promotion systems, aligning future capability models with business needs.
- Design competitive compensation packages and performance management systems to align individual and organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in major global regions and manage employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
