Job Description
The Operations Management Lead serves as the core of platform operations, overseeing the entire operations team and addressing key issues such as lack of strategic vision, insufficient planning, and poor data conversion and execution follow-up. This role involves building a standardized, automated remote work tracking system using task boards, AI tools, and other methods to enhance task distribution, tracking, and execution efficiency. The goal is to align with the platform's strategic objectives, drive the implementation of DEX platform operations, and contribute to ecosystem growth and user value enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Goal Execution: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly operational plans based on the platform's Web3.0 DEX strategy, defining core objectives, execution paths, and resource allocation. Break departmental barriers to ensure seamless execution.
- Task Management & Efficient Execution: Decompose core operational tasks, assign them based on team capabilities, and establish a full-cycle mechanism for task decomposition, distribution, tracking, and review.
- Remote Work System Development: Utilize task boards (e.g., Jira, Monday, ClickUp) and AI collaboration tools (e.g., Workstreams AI) to create a visual, automated, and traceable remote work tracking system.
- Data Conversion & Optimization: Focus on core DEX metrics (e.g., user registration, trading activity, liquidity, community retention) to build a data tracking and analysis framework for strategy optimization.
- Team Management & Capability Building: Lead the operations team, standardize workflows, and foster strategic thinking and execution skills through regular reviews.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Align with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities and ecosystem development.
- Industry Adaptation & Innovation: Stay updated on Web3.0, DEX, and DeFi trends to refine operational models and maintain competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Core Competencies: Strong planning and coordination skills, strategic vision, and result-driven execution.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in task boards (Jira, Trello, etc.) and AI collaboration tools for remote work automation.
- Industry Experience: 3+ years in operations management, with 1+ year in Web3.0/DEX/DeFi, including DEX platform logic (liquidity, user/community ops).
- Data Skills: Analytical mindset to optimize strategies via operational data; Web3.0 conversion experience preferred.
- Management Skills: Team leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
- Professional Traits: Web3.0/DEX passion, entrepreneurial resilience, and adaptability to remote work.
