Position Overview We are seeking a versatile Ecosystem Project Operator to oversee the entire lifecycle of ecosystem projects, from application and evaluation to technical integration, progress tracking, and final acceptance. The core responsibility of this role is to help the team establish an executable, trackable, reviewable, and replicable operational framework for ecosystem projects. This is not a traditional execution-focused role but requires an understanding of the growth logic of early-stage public blockchain ecosystems. The candidate will collaborate with developers, project teams, technical teams, and ecosystem teams to ensure high-quality projects achieve successful integration, delivery, and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management Oversee the entire process of public blockchain ecosystem projects, including application review, initial screening, progress tracking, milestone reminders, risk reporting, and documentation.
Technical Support Coordination Serve as the operational liaison between project teams and internal technical teams. Assist project teams in understanding technical documentation, integration processes, development requirements, and testing standards. Perform initial troubleshooting for issues raised by project teams (e.g., API/SDK integration, demo execution, contract deployment, on-chain interactions, application integration) and relay them accurately to technical teams.
Project Acceptance Management Develop and enforce project acceptance criteria based on ecosystem support policies. Ensure project teams submit required deliverables, including:
- Project demo
- Code repository
- Product documentation
- Technical integration guide
- Test records
- Live deployment links
- On-chain interaction data
- User/community feedback
- Progress reports
Ecosystem Resource Tracking Document ecosystem support resources allocated to projects, including technical assistance, marketing exposure, grants, hackathon rewards, mentorship, partnership opportunities, and investor referrals. Risk and Issue Management Continuously monitor project progress to identify risks such as delays, technical bottlenecks, quality issues, team communication breakdowns, incomplete deliverables, or unclear acceptance criteria. Drive cross-team solutions.
Project Database Maintenance Build and maintain a comprehensive registry of ecosystem projects, capturing data on project tags, sector classification, team background, development progress, technical integration status, acceptance status, support resources, and post-launch performance.
SOP and Template Development Establish operational infrastructure including project application forms, evaluation matrices, technical support logs, acceptance checklists, post-mortem templates, FAQs, and onboarding documentation for project teams.

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, FinTech, Blockchain, Project Management, Product Operations, or related fields preferred.
1+ years of experience in project operations, ecosystem operations, developer relations, technical support, PMO, product operations, or Web3 project management.
Fundamental understanding of Web3, public blockchain ecosystems, AI Agents, Bots, DApps, smart contracts, developer tools, or open-source projects.
Strong project execution skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear progress tracking, prioritization, and risk management.
Ability to interpret technical materials including documentation, API/SDK specifications, GitHub repositories, product demos, and test reports.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among project teams, developers, technical teams, and ecosystem partners.
Proficient documentation skills for creating project memos, acceptance reports, process guides, SOPs, and retrospective analyses.
English proficiency for virtual meetings with global project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Participation in grant programs, hackathons, developer communities, Web3 accelerators, ecosystem funds, or early-stage project incubation.
Experience in technical support, testing/acceptance, developer relations, or project delivery management.
Familiarity with ecosystem growth mechanisms or project support frameworks of public blockchains like Solana, Polygon, Base, Aptos, or Sui.
Advanced English reading/writing skills for reviewing international blockchain documentation, grant guidelines, hackathon materials, or developer resources.
