Data analysis: Track activity data, analyze user behavior, evaluate activity effectiveness, and optimize activity strategies. 3. User growth and retention: Design user incentive mechanisms to drive new user growth, increase activity and retention rates. 4. Resource integration: Coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with departments such as technology, design, and marketing to ensure the smooth implementation of activities. 5. Market promotion: Combining social media, SEO/SEM and other means to expand the influence of the event and increase brand exposure. 6. Competitive analysis: Study industry trends, analyze competitive activity cases, and propose innovative activity strategies.
