Position: Data Operations Analyst
The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for data operations support, data analysis, data management, and data security. By organizing, analyzing, and monitoring data, this role supports business project execution and enhances data management efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, clean, and maintain daily business data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct multi-dimensional data analysis, including business data, project data, and operational data, and provide analytical reports.
- Create and maintain data reports, dashboards, and tracking sheets to support management and business teams.
- Monitor project operations, identify anomalies, risks, and optimization opportunities through data analysis.
- Assist the data security team in data management, access control, and compliance with data security policies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to fulfill data requests, including data extraction, organization, analysis, and feedback.
- Support data-related projects, including data testing, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data processing procedures comply with company data security and confidentiality requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Data Operations, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related roles.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data organization, and report creation).
- Ability to conduct multi-dimensional data analysis, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Experience in project operations or data management.
- Preferred background in internet, fintech, trading platforms, Web3, or blockchain industries.
- Excellent logical thinking, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data sensitivity and a sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Malaysian candidates are welcome.
