Job Description
The English Community Customer Service Representative (Telegram & Discord) will be responsible for managing and maintaining our English-speaking communities across Telegram and Discord platforms. This is a fully remote position open to candidates from any location. We are hiring 4 individuals to cover a rotating shift schedule across three shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of English communities on Telegram and Discord
- Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries regarding transactions, accounts, deposits, withdrawals, etc.
- Guide users through basic operations including registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading processes
- Monitor community sentiment and identify potential risks or negative trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle exceptions, complaints, and emergencies
- Maintain community order by managing violations, advertisements, and malicious behaviors
- Collect user feedback and compile common issues for internal reporting
- Assist in executing community activities (events, AMAs, operational tasks) to enhance engagement
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (fluency in spoken English is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or community management experience in cryptocurrency exchanges
- Familiarity with basic Web3 concepts (wallets, transfers, Gas Fees, networks, etc.)
- Proficiency in using community tools like Telegram and Discord
- Excellent communication skills with patience and strong service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick response times
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
- Basic Excel skills for data recording
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and team spirit
Working Schedule
Three rotating shifts: 08:00-16:00, 16:00-24:00, and 00:00-08:00. Single day off per week.
