Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
 - Write, edit, and publish engaging content tailored to the community's language and cultural context, maintaining brand voice and tone across all platforms.
 - Organize and manage both virtual and live events, including webinars, product launches, and community meetups, to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
 - Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and measurable outcomes.
 - Build and nurture relationships with customers, industry professionals, and influencers to strengthen brand credibility and expand community reach.
 - Host or attend interactive sessions on platforms like Discord AMAs, Telegram events, and Twitter Spaces to engage with audiences and gather valuable insights.
 - Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technology trends and Origin product updates to ensure content and campaign strategies remain relevant and innovative.
 - Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
 - Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and seasonal marketing initiatives to ensure consistent output.
 - Represent the brand in public forums and social media spaces, ensuring all interactions reflect the company's values and mission.
 
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in the community's language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proven experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter Spaces) and executing digital marketing campaigns.
 - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including event planning and content scheduling.
