Job Description
 This role involves overseeing the entire sales process for the Business Development (BD) team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing workflows. The position requires a data-driven approach to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. 
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process for the BD team, including sales target setting, strategy execution, and process optimization.
 - Monitor the sales pipeline, analyze conversion rates at different stages, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement measures.
 - Conduct regular sales meetings to track BD team performance, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
 - Update and analyze daily sales data (e.g., revenue, PIP, commission, conversion rates) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
 - Evaluate BD team performance based on data insights and provide recommendations to senior management.
 - Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, highlighting key findings and improvement areas.
 - Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and proper execution tracking.
 - Calculate and submit monthly commission reports to the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
 - Celebrate successful deals with congratulatory messages or banners to boost team morale.
 - Act as the liaison between sales and other departments (finance, project delivery, marketing, etc.) to coordinate materials, commission processing, and contract-related matters.
 - Ensure sales support resources (e.g., marketing materials, sales tools) are available to help the BD team achieve their targets.
 - Draft and maintain sales-related documents, including sales policies, budget plans, and BD process updates.
 - Develop and refine sales SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to enhance team efficiency and workflow standardization.
 - Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management to support overall sales objectives.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, business development, or a similar role.
 - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
 - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
 - Experience in drafting and maintaining sales policies, SOPs, and performance reports.
 - Strong organizational skills to oversee contract management and commission processing.
