Job Description
As a B2B Sales Manager specializing in developer platform sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the blockchain industry. Your primary focus will be to help developers and enterprises accelerate their product development by leveraging our cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. You will lead the charge at a rapidly expanding blockchain company, taking ownership of the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on the developer and enterprise segments
 - Identify and qualify high-potential leads through targeted outreach across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and industry events
 - Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements and demonstrate how our platform addresses their specific challenges
 - Manage the full sales process from initial contact to final deal closure, ensuring seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
 - Implement and maintain a robust CRM system, tracking all interactions, updating client profiles, and analyzing performance metrics
 - Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives, technical decision-makers, and development teams across key industries
 - Drive client retention through proactive account management, renewal planning, and upsell opportunities
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical support to deliver end-to-end solutions
 - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the blockchain market

Job Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry
 - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 - Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with experience in enterprise-level sales cycles
 - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools
