Forex/Brokerage/CFD BD
职责:
负责加密行业相关的商务拓展工作,推动用户增长、交易量提升及长期合作关系的建立。
拓展并维护各类合作伙伴及客户资源。核心KPI是交易量和用户增长。
与产品、市场、运营等内部团队紧密协作,支持客户入驻、激活及持续交易。
收集市场及客户反馈,形成有效沟通闭环,协助推动产品和业务优化。
跟进业务目标与数据表现,定期进行业务复盘与汇报
What you'll do
Lead business development initiatives within the crypto industry, driving user growth, trading volume expansion, and the establishment of long-term strategic partnerships.
Identify, expand, and maintain relationships with various partners and clients, with core KPIs focused on trading volume and user growth.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to support client onboarding, activation, and sustained trading activity.
Collect market and client feedback, establish effective communication loops, and contribute to product and business optimization.
Track business objectives and performance metrics, and conduct regular reviews and reporting.

至少一年以上 CFD / 外汇 / 券商相关行业背景,有 BD、销售或客户拓展经验。
熟系券商体系,了解券商业务模式、交易流程、佣金或返佣结构。拥有一定的 券商、IB、交易相关客户或合作资源 者优先。
对加密行业有兴趣或相关从业经验,愿意深入了解数字资产及交易产品。
具备良好的沟通能力、商务谈判能力和自我驱动力,能够独立推进业务。
能适应快节奏、国际化的工作环境
What you'll need
Background in CFD, FX, or brokerage-related industries, with experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Strong familiarity with brokerage systems, including business models, trading processes, commission and rebate structures. Candidates with existing resources or networks among brokers, IBs, or trading-related clients are highly preferred.
Strong interest in the crypto industry or relevant professional experience, with a willingness to deeply understand digital assets and trading products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong self-motivation, and the ability to independently drive business initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international working environment.
