Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, prioritizing client satisfaction and retention through personalized service and tailored solutions.
 - Identify and engage potential clients via phone calls, email outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions, leveraging data-driven insights to tailor pitches.
 - Lead end-to-end sales processes for complex accounts, including needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
 - Build and nurture a robust pipeline of sales opportunities by analyzing market trends, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute account-specific strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
 - Collect, analyze, and communicate actionable feedback from clients regarding product performance, technological capabilities, and service quality to inform improvements.
 - Stay deeply attuned to client challenges and industry needs, using this understanding to propose innovative solutions that deliver measurable value.
 - Represent Centrapay at industry conferences, networking events, and community gatherings to expand professional connections and uncover new business opportunities.
 - Work closely with leadership to refine and enhance our commercial offerings, contributing ideas to strengthen our market position and competitive edge.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech or financial services, with a track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
 - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, coupled with a customer-first mindset to address concerns and build trust.
 - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies, with experience managing accounts through various stages of the sales funnel.
 - Ability to analyze market data and client behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks impacting business growth.
 - Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and contributing to organizational goals.
 - Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for engaging international clients and stakeholders.
 - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client interactions simultaneously.
 - Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry changes, staying ahead of market demands to provide innovative solutions.
