Job responsibilities: 1 Ensure the daily operation of the company's IT system and monitor the status of hardware facilities such as servers and network equipment; 2. Diagnose, analyze, and solve faults that occur in IT systems; 3. Ensure the security of IT systems, monitor and update antivirus software, firewalls and other security tools; 4. Regularly evaluate the performance of IT systems, propose and implement optimization measures; 5. Record the configuration of the IT system, the process of troubleshooting, and other related matters

1. Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and answering their concerns; 2. Provide timely feedback on any issues in the process, collect and organize them; 3.
