Senior Community Operations Manager
About this position:
We are seeking a Senior Community Operations Manager with experience in building and managing large-scale Telegram official communities, as well as extensive experience in event planning and user conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operational planning and execution of the platform's Chinese-speaking core community, developing full-chain strategies from user acquisition, activation to conversion, directly accountable for community activity (DAU) and transaction conversion rates.
- Establish a refined user segmentation system, designing differentiated service paths and incentive mechanisms for high-net-worth users, frequent traders, and beginners to effectively enhance user engagement and retention.
- Develop a stable daily content schedule (market updates, morning/evening briefings, platform announcements, etc.) to ensure continuous community activity between events and reduce reliance on single events.
- Plan and execute high-frequency, high-quality community activities (trading competitions, roundtable discussions, etc.), manage AMA processes, and invite popular project teams/KOLs to create unique community content IPs.
- Build an effective promotion matrix to ensure event materials are effectively distributed across all partner channels, leveraging market trends (Meme/Narrative) to produce highly shareable community content.
- Systematically collect user feedback on products, features, and services, organize and archive it, and share it with product, customer service, and operations teams to form an effective feedback loop from user voices to internal decision-making. Coordinate with marketing, branding, and customer service departments to ensure smooth implementation of community-related tasks.
- Monitor community sentiment in real-time and respond quickly during market fluctuations or platform emergencies.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in community operations or market expansion in the crypto industry, with practical examples of building or managing official active communities from scratch.
- Familiar with the community ecosystems of Telegram, Discord, and WeChat, as well as automation management tools, and proficient in various growth hacking tools and strategies.
- Strong initiative and resilience, results-oriented, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Data analysis and trend-spotting skills, able to make data-driven decisions and leverage market trends for quick marketing opportunities.
- Experience in public opinion management or crisis PR, able to calmly handle negative events under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
- Cross-departmental collaboration skills, effectively coordinating with product, customer service, and marketing teams to drive efficient problem resolution.
