Regional Marketing Manager ($5-10k/month) Location: Remote / Local Office Reports to: Global Marketing Team Language Requirements: Fluent English + Local Language Proficiency Overview: We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager with excellent market sensitivity and brand storytelling skills. Key Responsibilities

Localize and execute global marketing strategies to align with regional culture and user habits.
Develop and manage media resources, including paid media, content placement, interview arrangements, and media inquiries.
Collaborate closely with the headquarters brand team to manage press releases, media kits, and external communication materials.
Coordinate regional marketing activities (such as AMAs, online/offline brand interactions) and align with product and business teams.
Partner with local KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to amplify brand voice and influence.
Manage the regional PR calendar, monitor public sentiment, and handle basic crisis communications.
Track marketing KPIs and regularly provide performance reports and regional market insights.

Job Requirements

3+ years of marketing experience with a background in regional market management and solid market expansion expertise.
Experience in the crypto (Crypto/Web3), fintech, or tech industry is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and the local language, capable of independent copywriting and media outreach.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in cross-time-zone and cross-team environments.
