Job Description
The Community Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing community operation strategies, building content ecosystems, and enhancing user interaction systems. This role focuses on improving user engagement metrics including post rates, interaction rates, and retention through well-designed mechanisms such as activities, tasks, point systems, and leveling structures. The specialist will plan content operation schedules and thematic campaigns to maintain community vibrancy and foster high-quality discussions. Additionally, this position involves establishing and managing core user and content creator networks to boost UGC (User-Generated Content) production and dissemination. Regular monitoring and analysis of key community metrics (activity, retention, posting frequency, interactions) will be essential for continuous growth strategy optimization. Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and branding teams will be required to align community initiatives with broader business objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in content/community operations
- Deep understanding of app-based community ecosystems and user growth principles
- Strong data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
- Exceptional content planning skills and user behavior insights
- Ability to guide community culture and discussion topics effectively
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-departmental collaborations
- Experience with community management tools and platforms preferred
