Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our business expansion efforts in the cryptocurrency exchange sector. This role requires close collaboration with headquarters and regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business expansion initiatives and work closely with headquarters and regional general manager to design and implement strategic business plans
- Oversee all aspects of exchange platform operations including business development, partnerships with crypto ecosystem stakeholders, product localization, and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain government relationships to support business objectives
- Develop and strengthen HTX's brand presence in designated regions while aligning with global brand strategy
- Manage budgets with focus on increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on local market trends, providing valuable insights to guide business decisions
Job Requirements
- Mandatory experience in cryptocurrency industry, with preference given to candidates with senior-level exchange experience
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in cryptocurrency, internet, e-commerce or tech sectors (B2C focus preferred)
- Proven problem-solving abilities and results-driven approach with passion for crypto/digital assets
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
- Strong professional work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with remote global teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulatory landscape
