Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine user-facing text for products, including onboarding flows, error messages, and feature descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment with user-centric design principles.
 - Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to create cohesive user experiences, translating design concepts into effective copy that meets functional and usability goals.
 - Produce high-quality content in both Indonesian and English, maintaining linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for localized audiences.
 - Facilitate copy handovers to engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of text into product interfaces and maintaining consistency across platforms.
 - Conduct regular audits of existing copy to identify areas for improvement, update language to reflect brand guidelines, and ensure uniformity in tone and style.
 - Iterate and optimize copy through user testing, analyzing feedback data to refine messaging and improve user satisfaction.
 - Support the creation of documentation, including help guides, tutorials, and accessibility statements, to ensure comprehensive user support.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX writing to continuously enhance the quality of content and user experience.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting user-centric content for digital products.
 - Excellent command of English and Indonesian, with the ability to write and edit content that is grammatically correct, culturally appropriate, and accessible to diverse audiences.
 - Deep understanding of user experience design principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture, to create content that enhances user interaction.
 - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, InVision, or content management systems for collaboration with design and engineering teams.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing creative input with alignment to business priorities and project timelines.
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
 - Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to inform content decisions.
 - Knowledge of copywriting best practices, including tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and localization strategies, to maintain brand consistency.
 - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
 - Ability to adapt writing style to suit different product contexts, from mobile apps to web platforms, while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
