Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the interaction design of the company's PC and mobile products, participate in product pre research, and innovate interaction modes; 2. Understand product requirements and combine them with requirements goals to complete business process design, prototype design, interaction design components, and specifications of the product, improving product usability; 3. Systematically discuss with cross departmental upstream and downstream collaborative roles, promote overall experience understanding, and output mature design methodologies to help the entire company improve experience; 4. Conduct user experience research and analysis, organize and accumulate innovative ideas for interaction; Work closely with business requirements personnel, UI designers, etc., lead the development and implementation of interaction standards, and optimize and iterate team performance; 5. Pay attention to user feedback and data analysis after the product is launched, summarize information and data, and explore design opportunities; 6. Promote and organize large-scale projects across functional departments.
