Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interaction design process for PC and mobile products, including user research, wireframing, and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive product requirements documentation that integrates business goals with technical specifications
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to align stakeholders on design direction and user experience standards
- Implement iterative design improvements based on user feedback and data analytics post-launch
- Collaborate with UI designers to create cohesive visual and interactive design systems
- Document and share design methodologies to establish best practices across the organization
- Manage the design lifecycle from concept validation to final product delivery
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark design solutions
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decision-making
- Coordinate with product managers to ensure design outputs meet market demands and business metrics
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interaction design or related fields
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for creating interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication skills to present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate insights into design improvements
- Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering successful UX/UI projects with measurable impact
- Ability to create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across platforms

Qualifications
