Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team in Taiwan. The ideal candidate must be based locally in Taiwan to facilitate frequent in-person meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
The candidate should possess established connections with local KOLs in Taiwan. While proof of these resources may be subjective, candidates will be thoroughly evaluated during the interview process.
Additionally, the candidate must have prior experience in business development within the exchange sector, with a proven track record of achieving monthly trading volumes exceeding 300 million. Screenshots or other verifiable documentation of these achievements will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs in Taiwan.
- Drive business growth by leveraging existing KOL networks and identifying new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly trading volume targets, ensuring consistent performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective BD strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and achievements.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Taiwanese national currently residing in Taiwan.
- Demonstrable connections with local KOLs in Taiwan.
- Proven experience in business development within the exchange sector, with monthly trading volumes of at least 300 million.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience as a top-performing BD professional in competitor exchanges targeting the Taiwanese market.
