Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead our Turkey region initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement in this key market.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute all aspects of marketing for the Turkey region
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, community platforms, and growth campaigns
- Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns in line with the region's growth direction
- Ensure all external-facing content meets high-quality standards
- Analyze campaign performance and user insights to optimize strategies
- Stay informed about local trends and competitor activities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing with focus on digital growth
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Creative eye for visuals and brand consistency
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
- Understanding of Turkish market, especially crypto/fintech (preferred)
- Experience in designing visual assets (strong plus)
