Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of decentralized systems. This role involves overseeing blockchain, cloud, and distributed storage technologies while managing a global team of technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure architecture and implementation of decentralized systems (blockchain, cloud, IPFS, RPC nodes)
- Manage a distributed team consisting of DevOps, IT engineers, and security professionals
- Supervise technical editing strategies, including internal documents, public API references, and protocol guidelines
- Ensure a strong network security framework for Web3 user authentication, wallet integration, and node operations
- Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to develop and execute a multi-chain system expansion roadmap
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in infrastructure architecture with blockchain/distributed systems
- Proven track record of managing distributed technical teams
- Deep understanding of Web3 security protocols and authentication mechanisms
- Experience with multi-chain architecture and cross-chain interoperability solutions
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives on strategic initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IPFS, decentralized storage solutions, and RPC node management
- Background in cloud infrastructure scaling and optimization
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocols
- Certifications in blockchain development or cloud architecture
