Job Description

Technical Manager/Architect (AI Agent Ecosystem Direction)

Responsible for the overall technical architecture planning and construction of the public chain AI Agent ecosystem, formulating the technical roadmap and R&D standards.
Design and implement core capabilities related to Crypto AI Agent, including Agent architecture, MCP ecosystem, developer toolchain, Agent SDK, and identity, payment, and commercial capabilities based on ERC-8004 / x402b / ERC-8183 / A2A.
Drive deep integration between Agent and the Botchain public chain ecosystem, enabling core capabilities such as wallet, account system, on-chain assets, transaction capabilities, and smart contract interactions.
Lead the construction of the ecosystem open platform, promoting Agent development standards, interface specifications, and developer access systems.
Participate in the technical design and architectural decision-making for core ecosystem products such as Crypto AI Agent Launchpad and Crypto AI Agent Marketplace.
Spearhead key technical challenges and core code development, guiding the R&D team to deliver projects.
Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies in AI Agent, MCP, multi-Agent collaboration, and Agent Economy to drive product innovation and ecosystem growth.

Job Requirements

5+ years of backend development or platform R&D experience, with 3+ years in technical architecture design.
Hands-on experience with AI Agent projects, having deeply participated in Agent products, platforms, or infrastructure development.
Familiarity with mainstream Agent development frameworks and technologies, including but not limited to LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen, CrewAI, and crypto-native solutions like ElizaOS and Virtuals GAME.
Understanding of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem, including MCP Server, Tool, Skill, and related technical solutions.
Strong platform architecture skills, with experience in SDK, open platforms, developer ecosystems, or mid-platform product development.
Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Node.js, Golang) and solid engineering capabilities.
Ability to independently design technical solutions and drive cross-team collaboration for implementation.
Strong English reading skills to stay updated with overseas tech communities and industry trends.
Experience in Web3, public chains, wallets, smart contracts, DeFi, or related projects is preferred.
