1. 负责Web3项目的海内外社媒/社群平台（X、Facebook、Instagram、Reddit、Youtube、Medium、Discord，Telegram等）营销推广及内容运营策略，并跟进执行落地。2. 负责制定并执行用户增长战略，通过各种渠道吸引并留住新用户。3. 能够对竞品、市场以及行业进行有效的分析，并制定相应的运营策略，有网感，能策划热梗，编撰文案，具备独立策划的能力。4. 管理社群运营，与社区成员互动，维护积极的社区氛围。5. 参与产品发布和推广，协助团队了解用户需求和市场反馈。6. 与内部团队协调沟通，确保运营活动与产品发展保持一致。7. 进行运营数据分析，监测关键指标，提供数据驱动的建议和决策。1.
