Job Responsibilities:Own and execute a sales and business development strategy to expand our digital asset custody and wallet business.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales techniques.Identify, source and close new institutional accounts as well as cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.Manage the end-to-end sales life cycle: preparing presentations, product demos, proposals, agreement negotiation, and coordinating with other internal departments to successfully onboard clients.Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies.Establish channel partnerships to build a strong pipeline of client referrals.Represent Cobo in conferences and industry events to support the company’s branding and marketing activities.
