Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet our company's talent acquisition needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business development plans and departmental talent requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously optimize processes
- Expand and manage diverse recruitment channels including headhunters, job boards, career fairs, and employee referrals
- Track and analyze channel performance to allocate resources effectively
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from resume screening to onboarding
- Design scientific interview evaluation methods for specialized positions
- Maintain close communication with hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide updates
- Build and maintain a core talent database for future hiring needs
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance company attractiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in relevant industries
- Proven track record in mid-to-senior level talent acquisition
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques
- Familiarity with various assessment tools and methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness
- Proficiency in office software and recruitment management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong target orientation and execution capability
- Keen insight and judgment for candidate evaluation
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (reading resumes and basic communication) is preferred
