Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth and align with Jucoin's objectives. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate with potential partners, develop cooperation agreements, and ensure that cooperation aligns with Jucoin's business objectives.
- Maintain close contact with existing partners, provide support, and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Keep up with market trends, regularly submit market suggestions and optimizations.
- Understand the CEX listing process and leverage industry resources to facilitate partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with partners.
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market and CEX listing processes.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Established industry network and resources to support partnership initiatives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
