Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to develop and implement strategies aimed at expanding the user base for derivative trading in our target regions. This role involves establishing and managing key partnerships while driving product improvements based on market insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow derivative trading adoption in designated markets
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with institutional clients and ecosystem participants
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitor activities
  • Translate market insights into actionable product and service enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize market-specific initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for regional expansion efforts
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in business development or strategy roles within financial services/trading
  • Proven track record in partnership development and client relationship management
  • Deep understanding of derivative products and trading ecosystems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams across different regions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

  • Existing network within institutional trading communities
  • Multilingual capabilities relevant to target markets
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies in financial services
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments in multiple jurisdictions
