Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager for Derivatives Trading. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our derivatives trading user base in target regions. You will establish and manage partnerships with institutional clients and key ecosystem players, while identifying market trends, user needs, and competitor activities to drive product and service improvements. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to optimize products and campaigns for target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the derivatives trading user base in designated regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key ecosystem partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance offerings and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the crypto/financial industry, specifically in derivatives trading.
- Strong background in contract BD, particularly within Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Deep understanding of derivatives trading and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and challenges.
