Job Description:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including talent sourcing, interview evaluation, salary negotiation, and onboarding for diverse roles such as engineering, product, marketing, business, and operations.
2. Dive deep into the Web3 and DeFi ecosystems to proactively identify and attract top-tier talent through direct outreach, industry networking, and participation in events or communities.
3. Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline, leveraging market mapping techniques to stay ahead of hiring demands in a rapidly evolving global market.
4. Partner with business unit leaders as a recruitment advisor, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and interview best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring decisions.
5. Deliver a professional and engaging interview experience that reflects ApeX Protocol’s commitment to innovation and a "user-first" brand philosophy.
6. Contribute to internal HR initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment process optimization, and data-driven strategies to enhance hiring efficiency and talent quality.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth fintech, Web3, or top-tier tech companies. Exceptional candidates with outstanding track records may have flexibility in experience requirements.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems, with a strong interest in decentralized finance (DeFi) being a plus.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) for effective communication with global candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Spanish, Russian, German, French, Arabic) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced talent sourcing tools.
- Active engagement in regional recruitment networks and Web3 talent communities.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
