Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in communication with domestic and foreign clients, and provide corresponding strategies and plans for clients
• Mainly responsible for project management and execution related work, ensuring that the project progresses according to established goals and timelines
• Cooperate with overall product planning and construction, able to quickly understand business scenarios, plan and output product requirement documents
• Flexibly utilize various product operation strategies and activities, and customize product strategies
• Collaborate and participate in multiple fields of work, including but not limited to operations, content production, management, and other related tasks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with international clients
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute projects within deadlines
• Experience in product planning and requirement documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and functions
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing business needs
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management or technology-related fields
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
• Background in content creation or operational strategy development
• Experience working in multicultural environments
