Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization and implementation of diverse marketing initiatives, including event planning, campaign development, and community engagement programs, to enhance brand visibility and user interaction.
 - Oversee community data collection, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on identifying trends, measuring performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for market expansion.
 - Manage daily operations of overseas social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube), including content creation, audience interaction, and engagement strategies to increase follower count and maintain active community participation.
 - Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance data to refine content strategies, improve page optimization, and maximize user engagement rates through iterative improvements and A/B testing.
 - Monitor and synthesize user feedback from overseas platforms to identify pain points, refine product positioning, and enhance the overall user experience through targeted adjustments.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns, coordinate with marketing and product departments, and execute additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, marketing operations, or related fields with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and engagement metrics.
 - Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for both community and market development.
 - Fluency in English and proficiency in overseas social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube) for content creation, audience engagement, and campaign management.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different regions.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and deliver results within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
 - Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and experience with content optimization techniques to improve engagement and conversion rates.
 - Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records, track performance metrics, and ensure seamless coordination between departments and platforms.
