Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Web3 Project Operations Specialist. This role will be instrumental in supporting the growth and success of our company's Web3 investments through strategic operations and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of Web3 projects invested by the company, including community management, social media engagement, and event planning/execution
- Develop comprehensive operation plans to drive project growth and user engagement
- Conduct market research and stay updated on Web3 trends to inform operational strategies
- Participate in online business negotiations and conference communications for the company's Korean business operations
- Create and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms including Twitter, Telegram, and Medium
- Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to optimize content strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in community operations, social media management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Korean language skills a plus)
- Proven ability to create engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with social media analytics tools and community management platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Korean market or with Korean business partners
- Background in marketing, communications, or business development
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies
