Responsible for the whole process operation and management of the company's platform: responsible for product launch and daily monitoring and maintenance, including announcement release, parameter arrangement, parameter configuration, system monitoring, maintenance adjustment, function offline, system function communication, etc.;2. Middle office operations include serving as the primary point of contact for the business configuration center to resolve operational issues related to configuration parameter processing, querying, and systems. Ensure that all issues related to online varieties are handled promptly and accurately in accordance with established procedures;3. Assist in docking platforms and company outsourcing services, including market research, competitive product analysis, account opening, data and information maintenance and other compliance management work;4. Collaborate across functions (product, R&D, finance, legal, compliance, trading teams) to solve operational problems, respond to urgent needs and identify solutions;5. Sort out and optimize business processes, produce, organize and archive product-related documents, contract files, etc.;6. Assist the team in the mid-office operation and management of the business, and other work related to operation and management during the life cycle of the listing products.
