Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle on the platform including launch, daily monitoring, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning
 - Handle announcement releases, parameter organization, system configuration, and functional communications
 - Serve as primary liaison for the business configuration center to resolve operational issues
 - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all product-related issues following established procedures
 - Coordinate with external service providers for market research, competitive analysis, and account management
 - Maintain compliance through proper data management and documentation
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, finance, legal, compliance and trading teams
 - Respond to urgent operational needs and develop effective solutions
 - Streamline business processes and maintain proper documentation of all product-related materials
 - Support mid-office operations management throughout product lifecycles
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
 - 2+ years experience in platform operations or similar role
 - Strong understanding of system configuration and parameter management
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
 - Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
 - Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial services preferred
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
 - Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
