职位描述1. 就公司产品及运营活动、潜在监管问题、业务风险和合规性向公司管理层和业务部门提供法律建议；2. 为加密货币业务（特别是期货、现货交易）提供法律指导和支持，使产品及运营活动符合目标运营国家及相关国际法律基本要求；3. 构建公司合规体系，起草用户协议、建立KYC、AML流程并使之符合相应监管要求。4. 代表公司与监管机构、执法部门和外部律师进行沟通，及时发现并指出业务过程中的法律风险；5. 为潜在的加密货币业务相关的商业交易、新产品、客户条款、渠道商合同和营销材料的法律影响提供建议。Responsibilities:1. Provide legal advice to the company's management and business departments on the company's products and operating activities, potential regulatory issues, business risks and compliance.2. Provide legal guidance and support for cryptocurrency business ,especially futures and spot trading, so that products and operations comply with the basic requirements of the target country of operation and relevant international laws.3. Build the company's compliance system, draft user agreements, establish KYC and AML processes and make them comply with corresponding regulatory requirements.4. Representing Blofin’s interests and interfacing with regulatory agencies, enforcement authorities, and external counsel, as appropriate.Discover and point out legal risks in the business process.5. Advising on the legal implications of potential cryptocurrency business-related commercial transactions, new products and experiences, customer terms and conditions, vendor engagements, and marketing materials.strong sense of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration.
