Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of AI product knowledge base content, ensuring it meets industry standards and user requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business scenarios and extract typical user needs, translating them into actionable product specifications.
- Drive the rapid implementation and iteration of AI products by coordinating with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of knowledge base content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with product updates.
- Develop and implement content management strategies to improve searchability, usability, and accessibility of product documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure knowledge base content supports customer onboarding, training, and support initiatives.
- Monitor user feedback and engagement metrics to identify gaps in knowledge base content and prioritize improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to ensure knowledge base content remains cutting-edge and competitive.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure knowledge base content integrates seamlessly with third-party tools and platforms.
- Document and communicate product updates, features, and changes to ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or knowledge base development, preferably in the AI or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of AI product development processes, including data modeling, machine learning, and NLP technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and knowledge base platforms such as Confluence, Zendesk, or Notion.
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative product development cycles.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and business requirements to inform content strategy and product improvements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to improve visibility and user engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Fluency in English and additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality product documentation that supports user adoption and business growth.
